From strategy to embodiment—my work has always centered on helping people and organizations thrive. For over seven years, I led communications, stakeholder engagement, and culture initiatives in the nonprofit and clean energy sectors. Today, I integrate that foundation with my training in executive coaching, team facilitation, yoga, embodied leadership, and ongoing DEI coursework.

My career began in nonprofit and sustainability communications, where I led stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, and program development. At the Chef Ann Foundation, I helped advance school food reform nationwide. At Collective Clean Energy Fund, I’ve built strategies that connect clean energy with community impact. These experiences taught me how to guide organizations through change and culture shifts—skills I now bring into facilitation and leadership coaching.

I’ve practiced yoga for 17 years and trained as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, women’s guidance facilitator, and embodiment coach. These practices inform everything I do—from helping teams regulate stress during retreats to supporting leaders in finding grounded presence in the midst of complexity.

While leading marketing and stakeholder relations in clean energy, I partnered closely with C-level executives navigating high-pressure decisions. What I noticed?
