About
I’m Allie Madden — a people-centered leader working at the intersection of sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive systems change. With 7+ years across the nonprofit, clean energy, and social impact sectors and over a decade of experience in communications, I specialize in building collaborative programs, aligned partnerships, and resilient teams that turn values into measurable impact.
As Director of Marketing & Stakeholder Relations at the Collective Clean Energy Fund, I lead initiatives that expand equitable access to clean energy while strengthening community partnerships grounded in trust, accountability, and local leadership. My work spans internal culture and external engagement, supporting cross-functional teams in advancing mission-driven goals through clear strategy and shared ownership.
Rooted in empathy and systems thinking, I operate across communications, programs, and organizational development — with a focus on culture-building, equity integration, and the thoughtful implementation of programs that last. I thrive in environments where purpose and people are prioritized, and where strategy is shaped through collaboration, not silos.

Who I Am
I’m originally from Southern California, but I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Colorado—and have stayed put ever since. I love the mountains, getting outside, and camping with my family. I like to think I’m a chef; I never went to culinary school but I’ve surely acquired at least 10,000 hours of experience cooking for my family by now!
I’ve been practicing yoga for 17 years and have steeped myself in health and wellness practices throughout my life.
Mental, emotional, and physical health is extremely important to me. Connection is critical, and I prioritize connection in all of my relationships — with my husband and kids, friends, colleagues, and even strangers.
I completed a year-long Embodied Leadership program from 2023-2024, which has enabled me to build up my nervous system regulation skills. I frequently use and share these strategies both at work and at home. Ultimately, I’d like to land with an organization or company whose mission and purpose I resonate with, in a role where I can make real impact and bring all of my skills to the table.
