Meet Allie Madden
Coach, Team Facilitator, Yoga Teacher
I spent over seven years leading mission-driven strategy in clean energy, sustainability, and community engagement—work that looked “successful” from the outside and still demanded a lot from my nervous system. Now, I bring that same strategic mind into coaching that’s far more personal: helping high-performing moms come out of survival mode and lead themselves first.
My work is for the woman who can handle anything—until she can’t. The mom who keeps the wheels turning at work and at home, but feels wired, depleted, snappy, foggy, or emotionally maxed out behind the scenes. Together, we focus on nervous-system regulation and practical life design: recovering from burnout, rebuilding capacity, and creating rhythms that support you instead of constantly asking you to push through.
I blend strategic clarity with embodied practice—because insight without a regulated body doesn’t stick. That can look like identifying your patterns and triggers, building boundaries that actually hold, reworking your days so they feel livable, and practicing tools (breath, movement, micro-resets, communication scripts) that help you show up as the version of you you keep trying to “get back” to. The results are both internal and visible: steadier energy, cleaner decisions, more patience at home, more confidence at work, and relationships that feel less like management and more like connection.
I also facilitate team experiences and teach yoga, but everything runs through the same lens: sustainable leadership starts with a steady baseline. At the core of my work is a simple belief—your life doesn’t need a total overhaul. It needs you regulated, resourced, and supported enough to choose what matters, and build from there.
A little more about me…
I’m originally from Southern California, but I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Colorado—and have stayed put ever since. I love the mountains, getting outside, and camping with my family. I like to think I’m a chef; I never went to culinary school, but I’ve surely acquired at least 10,000 hours of experience cooking for my family by now!
Mental, emotional, and physical health is extremely important to me. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 17 years and have steeped myself in health and wellness practices throughout my life. Connection is critical, and I prioritize connection in all of my relationships—with my husband and kids, friends, colleagues, and even strangers.
I completed a year-long Embodied Leadership program from 2023–2024, which deepened my skills in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness—tools I now bring into all areas of my work. Alongside my yoga teacher training and certifications in embodiment coaching, trauma-informed practice, and women’s facilitation, these experiences allow me to integrate strategy with embodiment in a way that supports both individual growth and collective impact.
At the heart of it, I’m committed to helping people thrive—in their leadership, their relationships, their work, and their wellbeing. Whether I’m coaching an executive, facilitating a team retreat, or guiding a yoga practice, my goal is the same: to create spaces of clarity, connection, and transformation where people can show up fully and lead with both strength and humanity.
“answering the call of motherhood is one of life’s most rewarding & terrifying journeys and i am so grateful that I had Allie to be my guiding light along the way.”

people. presence. Purpose. progress.
This is the throughline of my work—shaped by a lifelong commitment to sustainability, equity, and values-driven change and a deep respect for what it costs to hold it all together. From advancing school food reform at a national nonprofit to guiding brand and stakeholder strategy at the intersection of clean energy and finance, I’ve spent my career helping mission-driven organizations clarify their voice, strengthen their culture, and expand their impact.
Now, I bring that foundation into work that’s more intimate and more human: coaching high-performing, burnt-out moms to rebuild their baseline and lead themselves first. I integrate practical strategy with somatic wisdom to help you regulate your nervous system, recover from burnout, and create rhythms that actually support your life—at home, with your family, and yes, at work too.
Whether I’m guiding a 1:1 coaching container, facilitating a team retreat, or teaching yoga, the goal is the same: steadier presence, clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and sustainable momentum. Not “powering through”—but living and leading in a way that’s aligned, resilient, and real.
“I have worked with Allie for three years and the passion she brings to culture, inclusion, and team-building had an enormous impact on our organization.”
