start the sprint

Four weeks. One focus area.

Real change you can feel every day.

A 4-week coaching sprint to implement the single focus area your Free Audit revealed—without overhauling your life, adding more “shoulds,” or burning out again.

Spots are limited each month to keep support high-touch.

this is for you if…

  • You know what needs to change… but you don’t follow through

  • You’re overstimulated, exhausted, and your “systems” keep collapsing

  • You’re a high-functioning mom who can’t seem to prioritize herself

  • You want structure and accountability, not another course to finish

  • You need the smallest change that creates the biggest relief

this is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for a full life overhaul in 4 weeks

  • You’re not able to commit to one call a week right now

the habit sprint

A short, focused coaching container designed to create momentum fast. We take your audit focus area and translate it into one weekly habit with a plan you can sustain.

think: less insight, more implementation.

STEP 1: take the free audit

You’ll identify your current focus area (sleep, nutrition, movement, regulation, etc)

STEP 2: choose your sprint start date

Pick a time that works for your weekly 45-min calls

STEP 3: we implement one habit for 4 weeks

You’ll leave each session with a simple plan + support to follow through.

what you get

4 weekly 45-minute 1:1 calls

a personalized “habit map” for your audit focus area

weekly micro-goals (so you don’t overcommit & quit)

between session support (voice note, email, or text—your choice)

a reset plan for when you get knocked off track (because life happens)

by the end of 4 weeks, you’ll have:

one habit running consistently

a plan that works in your actual life (kids, work, fatigue, all of it)

less decision fatigue around your focus area

a repeatable way to reset when things go sideways

I’ve been in the trenches of motherhood more times than I can count.

I know how maddening it is to be so high-functioning, everyone assumes you’re a supermom—doing it all, holding it together for everyone in your family, keeping up with work, constantly thinking about the grocery lists, the birthday parties, the laundry, the dishes, what you’re running out of, what kid needs new clothes…

the list goes on and on and on.

I know what kind of support you need. I know the goal isn’t to keep chasing perfection—it’s to start building the small, life-changing habits that make life feel easier, lighter, and more joyful than stressful.

this is how we change your baseline.

Most sprints focus on one of these:

improving sleep & evening regulation

morning momentum (without chaos)

after-work transition into home

overstimulation & sensory overload

boundaries & “i do everything” loops

phone/doomscroll reset

food patterns/stress eating at night

partner communication shifts

Frequently Asked Questions

  • That’s okay! But I highly recommend taking the audit here to figure out what your first focus area should be.

  • You’ll be taken to my calendar, where you can schedule our first call. Don’t worry—the day/time we set for our first session doesn’t necessarily have to be the same as every other session. Just choose what works for you and we’ll figure out the rest together.

  • I kindly ask that any schedule changes be communicated at least 24 hours in advance—however, I completely understand that motherhood comes with many moving pieces and unexpected moments. After the first missed session, any additional missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

  • Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented process designed to support you in reaching your goals and creating meaningful change in your daily life. While therapy often centers on healing and processing past experiences or mental health concerns, coaching emphasizes growth, clarity, and practical next steps.

  • No one knows “busy” like a working mom. Part of this work is recognizing how freely we give our time and care to others—and how essential it is to give some of that back to ourselves. Coaching is an act of self-care that helps you reclaim and expand your capacity. If you can carve out 45 minutes, one day a week, we can build something that actually supports you on the other 6 days.

  • We can, but I’ve done this work myself and I highly recommend sticking to one focus area at a time. We can implement more than one habit, but so much of the overwhelm is caused by trying to do too much at once. This boundary protects your energy and capacity in the long-run.

  • After 4 weeks, you’ll have at least one core habit running consistently, and a simple, repeatable way to get back on track when life gets messy. Most clients feel more capacity, less overwhelm, and more trust in themselves because the change is actually sticking.

If you want to keep building, you have two options: you can pause and maintain with what you’ve built, or you can apply for my 3-month coaching container to go deeper (multiple focus areas, stronger routines, and longer-term nervous system + life design support).
